I no longer have access to my email address

If you no longer have access to the email address used to register the domain, please send us a signed request by email together with a copy of an identity document.

If the domain is owned by a legal entity, the request must be stamped and signed by a legal representative and accompanied by a copy of the Registration Certificate (CUI).
