Settlement Options for Escrow transactions

For transactions using our Escrow service, the following invoicing options are available based on Seller profile.

1. VAT Invoice - Eureg will issue a VAT invoice with a VAT rate of 19% added to the selling price. If the Buyer has a valid EU VAT number (verified in VIES), the rate will 0%;
2. Seller Invoice. Available if the seller is a commercial entity not registered for VAT;
3. No VAT Invoice. Available only if both buyer and sellers are private persons. Eureg will act as Escrow agent for the money, but no invoice can be issued.
   



For all services rendered by Eureg we will issue a VAT invoice (Activation fee, Processing fee, Commission, etc).
