Right of use or ownership?

In its registration agreement, RoTLD specifies that registering a domain name grants only the right to use it, so from a legal standpoint you hold the right of use over a domain, which is equivalent to a right of ownership.

In the context of a transfer we use RoTLD's term "transfer of the right of use," which is equivalent to changing the holder.

From a technical standpoint you own the .RO domain, but we cannot use the term "ownership" over a domain in our communications as long as RoTLD does not use that term in its registration agreement.
